HVAC Air Duct Fogging and Disinfectants
Duct fogging is an environmentally safe and pet friendly duct cleaning solution that kills germs in your air conditioning duct while keeping your indoor air quality at optimal levels. Cleaning the interior of your HVAC and air systems is important, but it is not the only step that needs to be taken.
How do you sanitize duct work?
To sanitize and disinfect your air ducts, our techs use an EPA-registered disinfectant solution that's called BBJ mold control. This is fragrance-free, low-toxic treatment that's presently used in hospitals, medical offices and other healthcare facility environments.
The ULV (Ultra Low Volume) Electric Aerosol Fogger generates cold fog formed by small drops between 20-50 microns, used for the application of disinfectants due to optimal drop size highly effective on controlling the growth of:
- Mold and mildew
- Bacteria
- Fungus
- Viruses
Protects against mold and deodorizes all HVAC components. Use on ductwork, coils, drain pans, air handling units, package units, and humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Also helps remove and stop musty smells from odor causing bacterial growth.
